From their first custom home over 21 years ago, Victor and Heather Anatra have strived to stray from the ‘normal’ and have created one-of-a-kind homes, believing that beautiful living spaces enhance the entire community.

Headquartered in Guilford Connecticut, LHB Developers was one of the first builders to sign on to the Energy Star Program. The intelligent designs and rich details of these homes are accompanied by energy efficiency and many maintenance-free applications.

In 2008 Victor Anatra-LHB was awarded a Herman D’Antri Community Improvement award by the Madison Chamber of Commerce for outstanding efforts in the revitalization and renovation of Prestige Park.

The Woods is inspired by a trip we took to the Cotswolds in England, an area known for its rolling hills and villages of stone cottages, stately homes, and centuries-old manors; and home to some of the most historic towns and villages in England. We fell in love with what we saw and The Woods is our realization of bringing that dream to New England.
